By air: The nearest airport is London Heathrow but Gatwick is also within relatively easy reach. Arrangements can be made to collect delegates from Heathrow airport on the Saturday morning. Please send details of flight times and numbers if you want to be collected (any problems telephone Durdent Court or my mobile 0802775539).

By rail: Trains run from Marylebone to Denham station. On the underground, Piccadilly or Metropolitan lines run to Uxbridge or Ricksmansworth. The distance from the stations is not really walkable. We intend to have a minibus for the weekend and you should be able to contact that on 08028775539 (my mobile). Alternatively take a taxi.

By Road: Durdent Court is just off the M25 and A40. Ask for a map from me – provide a fax number.

Air fares will be paid for official CAMPYNET delegates at Economy Apex rates only unless agreed with the organisers. All travel claims must be submitted to Prof D Newell, within 3 weeks of the meeting, on the form provided with a copy of receipts.

Only second class rail fares will be paid.

Accomodation for official Phase 1 and Phase 2 delegates will be paid by the organisers (any extras ie telephone and bar bills must be paid by the delegates). Lunch will be provided on both the 23^rd and 24^th September.

Delegates who are not official CAMPYNET members must pay their own accommodation costs (unless agreed by organisers). Cost will be £140 +VAT.
